Painting Final.
Sorry for the bad picture, I'll try and get a better one later. Color Theory and Life Painting finals are done. I'm still not sure how I feel about this piece. Yu Ji said my shadows are still a little too brown...and I honestly don't know what my grade will be. arg arg. But I kind of feel like I am just starting to (finally) understand painting. Now I just need to keep doing it and get past all the frustration. Back to studying.

You'll get through it. There are all sorts of amazing colors in your future. ;)
I *love* the 3-D feel of this painting, though. The way you took this picture makes it look as if the painting-you is in an alcove, surrounded by, well, the rest of the images on the canvas. It's really cool.
