OK, I think I'm done! My perspective for the background is off, but I am overall pleased with it :) Now I must rush off to my Art History final, and buy some freaking spray fix so I can turn this baby in.

I just posted my first and last, I was rushing (and yes, being impatient) with the others so I could fill up my sketchbook. Whew! I made it through the last day. This drawing was frustrating the hell out of me earlier this week, but I was very patient this time...now I have to decide on a composition so I can start on my final of doooom!

Soooo...I just got back from my painting final portfolio review. Domenic said my three strongest paintings are that first still life from class, this portrait, and my final self portrait. He said I used my colors most effectivly in these and didn't neutralize them like I seem to do in my other paintings. And, um, I got an A. I <3 painting!

Hopefully I'll get a good photo of it later..I just couldn't get the lighting right, so instead, here are two mediocre pictures! So I think I'm done..but it's not due until Wednesday...so we'll see. This is pretty much all I will be doing next year in life painting, what fun!

Life drawing...in pen!
Drawing: one day, shading: one day. So it's pretty much unfinished, but it's as done as it will ever be. It was pretty challenging since there was no direct light source..it's hard being subtle! Um yes, this week is finally over and I am extremely happy girl. Time to paint!
